Service Description

You will start by completing a pre-screen form. This will help me to establish a blue print of your past physical health prior to your first session. Factors such as your medical history, injuries, fitness levels and goals are all taken into careful consideration. A physical assessment combining an introduction to Pilates will follow so bring your work out clothes! From here I can devise a plan going forward taking into consideration your time and finances.
